  1. Connect with us: Send your SRAM product to us. As an authorized SRAM dealer, we will perform a basic evaluation of the product.
  2. Product Evaluation: Our team will assess whether the issue requires routine service or qualifies for a warranty claim.
  3. Warranty Decision: We will notify you about the approval or denial of the warranty claim once we hear back from the SRAM.

Exclusions: The SRAM warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from collisions
  • Improper installation, operation, or service
  • Use of incompatible or modified parts
