- Connect with us: Send your SRAM product to us. As an authorized SRAM dealer, we will perform a basic evaluation of the product.
- Product Evaluation: Our team will assess whether the issue requires routine service or qualifies for a warranty claim.
- Warranty Decision: We will notify you about the approval or denial of the warranty claim once we hear back from the SRAM.
Exclusions: The SRAM warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from collisions
- Improper installation, operation, or service
- Use of incompatible or modified parts
