Lezyne products are built to last, with rigorous quality control processes ensuring reliability. However, if an issue arises, the following warranty policies apply:
Lezyne GPS Devices: Lezyne GPS devices come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing for the GPS housing, electronics, and mounting bracket. Please note that normal wear and tear, battery issues (unless due to manufacturing defects), improper installation, and damage from misuse are not covered.
Lezyne LED Lights: Lezyne LED lights are covered by a 2-year warranty, including defects in the housing, electronics, LED, and mounting bracket. Lezyne batteries are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation.
Lezyne Hard Goods: This category includes floor pumps, hand pumps, CO2 inflators, multi-tools, bottle cages, and rear racks. These products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Most Lezyne hard goods are designed to be serviceable, allowing easy replacement of malfunctioning parts.
Lezyne Soft Goods: Lezyne soft goods, including saddle bags, hydration packs, and other fabric-based products, carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and damage from accidents or misuse are not covered.
Warranty Exclusions: The Lezyne warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Any modifications to the product
