IceToolz products are covered by a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If an IceToolz product fails to perform its intended functions under normal use due to material or manufacturing defects, we will choose to either repair or replace the product.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper usage, accidents, human error, or abuse.
- Modifications or any use not intended as described in the product manual.
- Maintenance or repairs not covered by the warranty will incur a reasonable fee.
