Fuji Bicycles offers the original retail purchaser the following warranties against defects in materials and workmanship:
- Rigid Frames: Limited lifetime warranty
- Rigid Forks: Limited lifetime warranty
- Components: 1-year warranty or as per manufacturer’s warranty
- Electric Bicycle Components: 1-year warranty or as per manufacturer’s warranty
Warranty Conditions: This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork, or part and is the sole remedy provided. The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
Exclusions: The Fuji warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., paint, decals, tires, tubes, chains)
- Damage due to climatic conditions such as rain, sun, excessive heat, or exposure to salt air
- Improper assembly or maintenance, or installation of incompatible parts or accessories
- Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modification of the frame, fork, or components
- Damage associated with racing, competition, stunts, or lack of technical skill
- Labor charges for the replacement or changeover of parts
- Commercial use (rentals, fleet, security, etc.): 2-year limited frame and 6-month components warranty
- Government use (police, military, etc.): 5-year limited frame and 6-month components warranty
