- Warranty Period: The warranty period for new Dynamic products is 2 years, starting from the date of purchase or, if the product was not delivered immediately, from the delivery date.
- Eligibility: The warranty applies only to the first owner of the product and is valid only if the original proof of purchase is provided.
Liability: Dynamic reserves the right to change, improve, or replace any returned product without notice with a similar or equivalent product. Dynamic is not obligated to improve the product. The company assumes no responsibility for any damages, including consequential damages, arising from the use of its products or for damages that occur during shipment.
