General Warranty: At 2XU, we stand by our products with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to all products (excluding wetsuits) purchased through authorized sellers, such as The Bike Affair.
Apparel Warranty: The 12-month warranty for 2XU apparel covers major faults, such as seams tearing or fabric faults affecting the performance of the garment. The warranty does not cover:
- Discoloration
- Damage from improper care
- Rips in fabric
- General wear and tear
- Damage from abrasive surfaces
Wetsuit Warranty: 2XU performance wetsuits are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty becomes void if care instructions are not followed, including exposure to chlorine, extreme heat, direct sunlight, or harsh substances like petroleum jelly.
Warranty Process: To initiate a warranty claim for 2XU products purchased through The Bike Affair, please provide proof of purchase and photos of the product. If a return is required, the customer will bear the return shipping charges. Once the warranty claim is approved, we will replace or repair the item and cover the return shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy: Items purchased at full price can be returned for size exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging
- Not damaged or used
- Excludes underwear and socks
Refunds will be processed for eligible items within 30 days of purchase, excluding underwear and socks. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and assessing the return.
