How To Use

Bike Packing Steps:

  1. Remove pedals and store them in the sponge interlayer pouch.
  2. Loosen and position the handlebar horizontally, securing it to the frame with a belt.
  3. Remove or lower the saddle, fastening it to the seat tube with a belt.
  4. Secure the front fork with a belt.
  5. Fasten the rear fork with a belt.
  6. Secure the wheelset with quick-release and belts.
  7. Cover the quick-release cap with the gum cover after packing is complete.

High-Impact, Durable EVA Construction: Formed under 200-degree heat, the 1cm thick EVA shell achieves a hardness level of 80 Hs, offering impressive impact strength, tear, and abrasion resistance. Inside, a thick sponge layer keeps your wheels and frame secure, while various sturdy buckles and straps hold each part firmly in place, preventing movement during transit.

Compatible with 27.5ER MTB and 700C Road Bikes: This travel case is suitable for 700C road bikes and mountain bikes up to 27.5ER size. However, it’s not compatible with 29ER MTBs or bikes with integrated seatposts. Its spacious dimensions of 115cm x 25cm x 84cm (45" x 10" x 33") provide ample room, and the case weighs a manageable 8.3kg (18.3lbs).

Easy Mobility and User-Friendly Design: Equipped with soft handles on the top and side, the XXF E0901 case is easy to lift and maneuver. The clamshell design allows the case to open fully, simplifying bike packing. With two front 360-degree spinning wheels and two durable rear rubber wheels, moving this case is smooth and effortless.
